It was a quiet family friendly beach.
It was a quiet family friendly beach. Every time we went to the beach we had plenty of space around us so we were not right next to another group.
We enjoyed miniature golf at Gator ‘N Golf. We were also able to hold and feed alligators there too.
One of the best places to go for ice cream was Fat Donkey. We enjoyed the flavors especially Butterscotch Bomb.

As far as Cocoa Beach proper, it seemed a little unplanned.
As far as Cocoa Beach proper, it seemed a little unplanned. I am guessing there were no true "plans" when it started growing and it seems a bit chaotic & disjointed. But we really didn't come for Cocoa Beach proper, we came for a peaceful beach retreat & that is what we got!

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It was extremely dirty, and I found a live cockroach in my room. The room smelled musty, there was visible mold, and the overall condition was unacceptable.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel if you don't want your trip ruined. The cleanliness was terrible, and I would never stay here again

The room and beach balcony were great!
The room and beach balcony were great! Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and we could walk right out on the beach and enjoy it! We ate at several different spots such as Papa Vitos! and Squid Lips, The Pig and the Whistle.
Your staff was kind and friendly!
We had no children with us, but there is plenty to do for kids! The Dinasaur Shop, boat rides, visiting the Pier, Space Museum, surf or just playing in the beach!

Too touristy & it's reflected in the prices. Get a room with a kitchen if you stay here. It's ideal to cook fresh fish than to buy it. It's great for surfers who aren't ultra advanced.
