The staff went above and beyond in more ways I can put into words. I was truly warmed and humbled by the kindness and generosity of the staff. I was there for a job interview that meant a lot to me, the staff was kind, encouraging, and so accomodating. They provided complementary shuttles to and from the airport, provided me with a steamer for my dress suit arranged an uber to get me and a collegue in the morning for our interview, they set up a wake up call so I would be up in time, made my breakfast kindly and timely and packed it up for me to go. Unfortunately our morning uber cancelled three times due to trouble finding the location since this place was a new built establishment and not on all maps, the staff quickly noticed and arranged so that they themelves could personally take us so we wouldn't miss our interview. We both got the job. The room was clean and had all the amenities needed. Great room, great spot close to the airport, new, nice, clean, and truly incredible customer service. Truly kind staff. Highly recommend, I will remember this place.

Location was fantastic for where we needed to be. Close restaurants- love Bjs Brewery ate their two nights (please add to your helpful restaurant board!) Although we didn't make breakfast, it was lovely to have it included. Premises was open and clean- lovely to arrive. Rooms were clean, smelt great and were spacious. Beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay again, if we were in that area.

I liked that I got a text from Ivy, the virtual Concierge at the hotel letting me know they were expecting me and was there anything I might need that she could help me with. I wrote back asking if there were any Diet Dr. Peppers in the soda case or should I bring my own. She replied and said YES we have Diet Dr Pepper. I wrote back and said, "You are my new Best Friend then." I was surprised when I read her response,"THANK YOU DEAR BRYAN !!! Thanks, and safe travels!" I thought that was so nice of someone to say. When I arrived at the hotel, there were two women standing at the front desk, both wearing these lovely bright yellow uniforms, smiling as I walked up to the desk. One lady said Welccme to Comfort Inn are you checking in? I said I was but I wanted to talk to Ivy first. They both started to laugh, and finally she said, "You must be Gretchen." Then we were both laughing about the texts and I said I'd been on vacation and had stayed in 17 different hotels and not one of them had ever sent me a text like that and never had I felt like it was real. And whoever came up with the idea was a genius, and they said it was someone in the Corporate Headquarters. But we were talking, and the other woman was asking me about my vacation and where I had been and I told her and she asked me when my plane got in and I said, "I don't fly. I've been on a road trip." And she said, "You drove all this way by yourself?!" Well, between Ivy continuing to check people in, this other woman and I kept talking like old friends. You have two of the nicest employees, and certainly the best PR staff in any hotel I'd stayed in. I felt like we were old friends by the time I got the luggage out of my car, bought my Diet Dr Peppers and went upstairs. By the time I came downstairs the next morning and walked out the door for good, I felt like had two new friends.

I loved how clean everything was.

I loved how clean everything was. The breakfast was phenomenal. So many choices.The fitness center was great. We didn't take advantage of the pool but maybe next time. The staff was very nice. They upgraded our room the next day and it was just amazing. Plenty of parking which was perfect since we had a rental.
