This is one of the cleanest motels we have ever stayed in. Attention to detail was stellar! The beds we very comfortable. But the best thing was the hospitality offered by the staff. Especially the young man who checked us in. He was amazing! Great smile, polite and efficient! If I could give him 10 stars I would😁

I am wheelchair depend and Maria and Irma for so helpful with getting bed low for me and having a cot all set up. They helped me with my mom who is 91. They just couldn't have been more kind and accommodating. Thank You and God bless you! I will stay again when I pass through Dalhart.

If you like noisy trucks, loud trains that run all night, and depressing neighborhoods you feel unsafe walking in, Dalhart is for you! Added bonus is every fast food joint you can ask for and no local decent place to eat. If not, stay away.

This is a busy intersection town with popular highways and railroads. The town doesn't look like much but people are friendly. We drove all around looking for a good place to eat. Most were closed already or not popular according to the parking lots. EXCEPT for X1T Smokehouse, Exit 10, on the outskirts of town. The lot was packed! But we only waited a few minutes. The menu was fantastic with good prices. The owner made sure everything was ok and visited a while. We will definitely return! We will go out of our way to go there again.

Dalhart is the stopping point for many people on there way to Colorado, and New Mexico. So picking a hotel is hard. Dalhart is a busy town with many workers who are there during Harvest time, because of this the Hotels raise there prices. I couldn’t figure out at first why there were so many hotels, but now I understand. So in reality if all you need is a good clean room to stay one night, you don’t need a fancy place.

I luv being in Dalhart for the XIT Reunions. They are a blast. Brings back a bunch of childhood memories. The Allsups stores are so awesome, they have the tiny pebble ice and friendly staff. I recommend everyone to attend the next year's XIT Reunion (84th).

We had to wait at least an hour and a half to cross the railroad tracks to get to the hotel. That was awful. I kept thinking, what would happen if an ambulance needed to get through?? Wer had a delicious dinner at Bar H Steakhouse. Food was great and very resonable. Good service.

Unsatisfied with the compassion and inability to problem solve with the customer. Incorrect dates were given upon booking. When calling the hotel ( first thing in the morning, upon realizing wrong dates were given)we were told we would have to pay AGAIN in order to have a room. We were traveling for our sons military graduation and accidentally entered the wrong dates that we would be staying. No compassion, no alternative solutions, just your out of luck! Mistakes happen people! Offering alternative solutions, expecially since we were charged as if we stayed, would have made this review alot better as we have used this hotel many times in the past while traveling. Never again!

The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The place was well kept, seemed almost new. The breakfast was more than adequate. Plenty of choices, all were fresh . I would definitely stay again, just hope that they can hire more professional help soon. The hotel is in a sparsely populated area, so I imagine that might be a struggle.

One of the reasons we picked this hotel was breakfast. It was not very good. I’m sure the reason is COVID but several hotels are back to serving hot breakfasts.
