Really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was clean, comfortable and felt safe, which was important while travelling. The location was great too with plenty of shops and places nearby, so everything was easy to sort. The lady on the front desk was also really helpful when I had a bit of a logistical issue, she went out of her way to help which I really appreciated.

Greeted by paper and rubbish at the entrance and overflowing smelly bins across the site only cleaned after we complained. Room was not serviced as paid for and advertised on website, the door chain was held together by a piece of old wire. The owner was extremely difficult until we insisted on it being sorted, we moved to another room which took a while as the key did not work. The fridge needed a good clean. In both rooms there was a coffee machine and supplied but no cups ! Such potential and great location if only they clean it up !!
