The friendliness of one gentle lady who was present both when I checked in and when I checked out. That made all the difference for me. I travel often across the country and I stayed in many hotels. What I have observed is that staff are friendlier when you check in than when you check out. In the case of the Fairfield in Dickson, I was delighted to have been proven wrong. I will definitely stay there again.

Location is great for our needs. The breakfast accommodations are great as it is located right behind a Waffle House.
