At the junction of motorways I-355 and I-88, this Downers Grove hotel offers easy access to local attractions and provides pet-friendly guestrooms furnished with free wireless internet access. Everything was pleasant. Comfortable beds, nice staff, decent price, clean room, well maintained overall. It seems that Best Western is remodeling the hotel but these works do not interfere with the stay.

I’m always skeptical when looking though online pictures. The front desk gentleman told me they are doing upgrades that haven’t been finished. We stayed on the 3rd floor. The room didn’t look at all the same as in pictures. The room was amazing. Very beautiful and comfortable. I really enjoyed the balcony. I don’t like to be cooped up. I took my chair outside and had my morning coffee.

I liked notning the location was only thing good .. room was so dorty bathroom fllor was losse coming up non working toilet i was tomd to plung myself water coming up from thr dloor when it rains slipped bad got hurt really bad put me pit of work staff likes to blame customers for their mishaps the walls wjere cheaply plastered and soms stoll holes chaor jad missing interior unlicensed worker doing sewer work that is for a licensed professional was very rude and cocky when i told him i told hom nefoe ehe bever cake back he acted like he didn't remember hard knocks hours befoee checo put the pitaide of the buolding around back jad large playered hole and some visable hole was theoay awful stay of my life

There was no breakfast or swimming available at this location that was promised when we booked a hotel the value was not there for the costs. Was not happy with the cleanliness of the room my daughter had bugs on the floor and inside of a blanket and it was bugs on the floor, because we were 300 miles away we had no choice but to stay there what booking.com promised us was not what we expected. Given that I’ve been using a service for quite a while I was very disappointed will be calling to make a complaint thank you Larry Cunningham contact number 313-753-1173

On a whim I went to the Hollywood casino.
On a whim I went to the Hollywood casino. It was late when I left there and I was tired. I googled places to stay that were economical and safe. I found the Comfort inn in Downer's Grove. I was by myself so I was glad I made that choice. I felt very safe. In the morning I went shopping and later had lunch. Prices and the variety of places to go were excellent.

Loved this hotel but be forewarned, no USB outlets. Very comfortable and quiet. Our usual less expensive hotel was not available and now I might be too spoiled to go back. Some of the wood was a little beat up but still felt luxurious to us.

Downers Grove is such a lovely town with darling...
Downers Grove is such a lovely town with darling neighborhoods. My daughter lives here and she and her friends say that they feel very comfortable allowing their children to go outside to play with their friends. Gioridanos in Downers Grove has excellent Chicago Pizza. If you get salad do not get the the Gioridano salad. The dressing was too sour for me. We also ate at Culvers in Downers Grove and Everyday is Sundae for ice cream. We also bowled at a cute bowling alley close to Everyday is Sundae

Washing powder being available

Helpful and friendly staff who were able to check me in early (a gift when coming from a redeye flight!), and welcoming to my niece when she came to use the pool during my stay. Comfortable, clean, and well-located in the Downers Grove area.
