Waterrparks and local walking trails are excellent.
Waterrparks and local walking trails are excellent. Duncan has many popular restaurant chains with great local eating spots as well. It's close proximity to GSP International Airport and the cities of Greenville and Spartanburg is a bonus. Friendly citizens, excellent schools and many job opportunities make Duncan great!

A little town with lots of fast food places to eat. Not a lot to do there. My husband and I newly married a week were there to celebrate a house warming for a friend. The people were very friendly and helpful.

The staff was nice and the location was great, but other than that my stay was horrible. The room I was in which was 231 was the NASTIEST room I have EVER stayed in, EVER!!!!!! It was so gross I couldn't relax at all, to the point I finally got up and grabbed all of my things and left at 1:30 in the morning the night before I was going to check out at 11. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN!!!

Avoid this hotel at all costs it is disgusting filthy vagabonds and vagrants drugs filth and scrap everywhere adults and children like screaming at the top of their voices TVs radios playing all hours of the day and night absolutely no rest whatsoever it was by far the worst state I’ve ever had in the United States of America

It was a very nice area, actually pretty close to where we needed to be. A very lovely area and convenient access, yet quiet and secluded at the same time. We were with family in the area so we didn't try any of the restaurants.

It was not properly cleaned. People were hanging around outside smoking. I have never saw a room that looked like an old run down apartment complex. It was a waste of money. My husband and I get hotels on the weekend to have quiet time. We have 5 kids and care for my elderly Father in law so when we have sitters we don’t go far but get a hotel for a few hours to get away. But I will never return to this hotel. The staff was nice but the guy at the front desk was asleep and the room condition was not worth the money spent.
