Checking in was quick, and parking was available right in front of the room. I had asked beforehand for a room on the ground floor and they were able to accommodate me. The room was bigger than expected and comfortable.

It's a great hotel with everything we needed, including breakfast.

The suite we were in was like being on holidays with all the amenities of home. There were many different pools to choose from. The one we used always had chairs and no rushing down early required to get a spot. The room was exceptionally clean and quite possibly the best shower water pressure we’ve had at a hotel in years. Room service came as much or little as we wanted.

Loved that the room was across the Roadrunner pool. Quiet and adult oriented. Room was quiet and clean.

So far, this is the best hotel I've stayed at. They genuinely read my requests and specially arranged a quiet room for us. The staff were incredibly friendly, providing my husband with an extra blanket and a shaving kit. The lobby offers free hot water, which is a thoughtful touch for Asian guests. The breakfast was also perfect.

Big room with a great shower, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very ample and had a wide range of things to eat. Would definitely book again!

The King Room was large and comfortable, clean and well-maintained. The breakfast hours were convenient for an early start the next morning.

Staff at reception were friendly and the room had the basics you would expect at this price.

We really enjoyed our stay here for Coachella. The room was very nice and clean and the staff were friendly. The location was good for the festival as the shuttles are right outside.

We liked the hotel itself, large territory, with different entertainment, we liked it very much, we decided to visit again.

Everything was perfect at Omni Rancho. We loved the suite we booked, it was perfect for our family of 5 with two sleeping areas. The reception team arranged for 2 rollaways to be provided in the room in addition to the sofa bed so all 3 of my kids had their own sleeping space. Pools were amazing and kids didn’t want to leave Splashtopia.

the room was amazing, great space and balcony in the back, the breakfast was a great spread and it felt like a great deal for the quality of room.

My room was clean. The towels was actually stocked.

The views were amazing, the villa was clean and spacious and the food and drinks at the main pool were gorg ( good location for stagecoach and easy to uber round everywhere)

First of all we loved the whole team - reception, concierge, valet, pool staff - very professional, attentive. 2 swimming pools with great view of Coachella Valley

Location was amazing, attention to detail was fantastic, it was an adorable spot. It felt like they had thought of everything. There was even a white noise machine if it was too quiet. Since it was quieter and the hotel bar closed at 8 (if I remember correctly), I would say if you're planning on being rowdy and out late, maybe this isn't your spot, but then again, the individual bungalow rooms could be perfect for those folks. I found it perfect for an older family, golfers, joshua tree folks etc.
