Breakfast and coffee at 5 was FANTASTIC. I’m an early riser and I usually have to go off site to get coffee because most hotels don’t have it available til 7.

The Bed was comfortable, the room was clean and had a large recliner in it that I just loved. The Room was quiet and the staff was more then helpful. I was in the are for my grandmother's funeral, I had arrived earlier then intended for check-in and they were able to get me in the room quickly so I could change for the funeral. The staff, especially Parker was so very helpful and respectful during this hard time. I would recommend this place again.

This survey is a bit unfair. This location is being remodeled. We are fine with that. It does need to be remodeled! Service was fine. The young lady who checked us in was very very friendly and helpful! Give this place some time to get needed remodeling.

Good to see the new construction on the buildings that sadly...

Good to see the new construction on the buildings that sadly were lost to fire. Had a fabulous meal at Mateo's in The Magnuson Poneer Inn hotel. Service and food was exceptional, and only had to walk down the hall to our room when done. We will go back.

I would not recommend this Hotel.

I would not recommend this Hotel. The staff is awesome, but the hotel is not. Newly renovations left a lot to be desired and it was very poorly done. The door to our room was not hung properly and that is where it all goes down hill.

Great little town to drive through on a road trip!

Great little town to drive through on a road trip! Stayed in a very comfy king size bed at the Travelodge to split up our drive from Ontario to Minnesota, both ways! Lots of options for shopping, restaurants, fast food, banks etc. We ate at the Wendy's which was very clean and had friendly staff. We also visited the Walmart which was way bigger than we expected for a small town. Upper Peninsula, Michigan is such a wonderful area and we will definitely be visiting again.

I had a emergency situation going on with my family. Front desk was very helpful understanding, patient. Breakfast was great at hotel. Or go across street to Family Inn. Getting around very easy small town.

A great selection of stores, friendly people, the Cason J.

A great selection of stores, friendly people, the Cason J. Callaway tied up at the city pier all made for a nice trip. Some of the residential roads are a bit bumpy. Too bad the weather didn't oblige us. Election night turned out great while we watched results come in from the comfort of the hotel's bed. I do recommend bringing a bluetooth speaker instead of the TV's internal speakers. It's easy to configure and adds a lot more bass (I used a JBL Charge 4).

Best Super 8 Motel we have stayed at!

Best Super 8 Motel we have stayed at! Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nourishing and substantial and included proteins , instead of other Super 8, which were all carbohydrates. Pool was clean and refreshing. Staff was friendly and kind.

The location of this hotel is perfect for getting around in Escanaba/Gladstone area. Very easy to get in and out of the parking lot onto the main road. With the exception of one staff member, everyone I came into contact with was very helpful and pleasant.

The room was one of the best hotel rooms I have ever had in any country. Cocktails and bar service truly excellent. The bikes are basic but in good condition. The kayaking, also included, was well worth it..though the road abit noisy.
