Nice save by the cleaning staff who brought a cup of half and half from the kitchen to replace the expired creamers that were in the room and had curdled in the coffee. Parking in front of room, usually.

I liked the location and the idea that you could have access to both Trailborn locations despite being at the Outpost.

This was a perfect place to stay, it was clean, roomy and decorated nicely. There was even wood and starter next to the fireplace. We were close to downtown and the Rocky Mountain National Park. The Falls River runs directly in front of the condo and was relaxing. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and family.

Estes Park is a touristy, taffy and t-shirt town. Rocky Mountain National Park is gorgeous (after long waits in car lines) with lots of variety: easy walks to waterfalls, challenging hikes, tundra, scenic (scary) drives and the experience is protected from overcrowding by timed entry.

The main attraction of Estes Park is the Rocky Mountain National Park, the fact that its so close, and very beautiful and majestic. Perfect for hiking, viewing the mountains at different parts of the park, and very cozy. Estes Park is like one of the towns you see on a Hallmark Movie, very beautiful and the people so friendly. One thing I do recommend is if you have issues with altitude beware because you will be 7500 above sea level, so just prepare before you go, but also if anything they sell oxygen cans if you need air, cause the air does get thinner once you hit those mountain tops.
i think cause of time of the year we went, it was chilly in the mornings and it was fair temps in the afternoons, we took some baselayers and they helped during our morning hikes.

If you can handle the large crowds & oodles of T-shirt stores that Natl. Park gateway towns all have, it's a nice setting... Just get out of town on a less-travelled trails in the park or nearby (e.g. Indian Peaks) to get a real taste of the mountains, while you're in the area to get away from the big crowds...

Estes Park was the 4th and last city we visited on our Colorado road trip and it was our favorite. The RiverWalk is lovely. Lots of choices for shopping & dining, plus a Safeway, Walgreen's & UPS store we needed. Gas prices didn't seem to be a gouge. Gateway mini-golf was fun. The Visitor Centers in town & outside RMNP were terrific, especially the free parking & access to the RiverWalk. Proximity to RMNP was very convenient. The tacos at Ed's Cantina are the bomb! (We went twice in 3 days.) Don't miss the fudge at Sugar Shack. We got some good deals at Brownfield's. Bottle Fizz has hard to find items. Would definitely stay at The Inn on Fall River again.

NEVER EVER shall we vacation in Estes the first week of October. The crowds are unbearable; the line to get into the park at 2:00 pm is a mile long; the heat is ridiculous (75 degrees in the shade but feels like 82 in the sun).

Perfect hotel for a short stay and to visit the Rockies. The room had all the amenities you need (microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, small freezer...) and was very clean. Housekeeping did a great (daily) job. The owners are very friendly and the commucation went very well. The after hours check-in was very easy. The location is excelent. The pool is a nice bonus!
The hotel is amazing! Location is perfect, near restaurants and shops, 3 mi from national park. Breakfast is good, staff is professional and very friendly. But the best things are outstanding view from the room and fireplace inside the room.
Fantastic hotel! Beds and rooms very comfortable! Pillows so good I considered taking one when we left!
Free popcorn and smores making! Lovely bagel and fruit breakfast buffet.
Short walk to downtown.
