The ladies at the front desk were beyond helpful and had Exceptional customer service. There was a severe storm last night and I couldn’t find the location and the ladies were patient on the phone with me and helped give guidance. Definitely will return to this hotel.

I loved the location of the Fairburn! The were clean and the staff were professional and friendly! I enjoyed the easy check in and out process! The only complaint I have is that our mattress was little too hard!

Location is great, just about 15 minutes drive from Atlanta Airport. Many restaurants to chose from located close to the hotel. The rooms were clean. Good breakfast buffet.
