United KingdomMy TRI Suites staff are extremely helpful. Made contact around room, to ensure it was ground floor. Then on the day of arrival our flight was 5hrs delayed, so we ended up arriving around midnight. The staff member Catherine, was friendly, polite and helpful. Also dealt with Danielle again, friendly, polite & helpful.
The bed was super comfortable, and best night sleep at a US hotel, in a long time. Highly recommend

The staff are trying hard, but the building is old & shabby.
The staff are trying hard, but the building is old & shabby. It is clean but run down.
There is plenty of parking, but open & unsecured.
I did not feel very safe.
In contrast, Food in Fernley is GREAT. I had homemade ice cream & fantastic sushi @ Sushi Moto. & there is a great Black Bear Diner
Apparently people eat but don’t stay…

We were close to downtown, but not in the thick of it.
We were close to downtown, but not in the thick of it. We were there for an event, so needed a place where we could relax at the end of the day and have a good shower. We could find good places to eat, although we had meals at our event.

Breakfast was Horrible. Coffee nasty apple juice tasted like mold i told staff she said OK they only offered toast, 2 cereals and instant oatmeal
I liked nothing. We left and went to McDonald's. Rhe 3 days we stayed we never went bac
The pool isn't heated and it was freezing. I asked for a room cleaning and new bedding and was told no we will do that after you check out. It was truly the worst stay ever in a hotel. And it has Wyndham in the name and that surprised me so much. Just Horrible

A friendly check in-and all the staff I encountered were friendly too. The room was a good size and clean-always an important factor for me. This hotel was only a "pit-stop" one night booking on the road to Lake Tahoe so it was a nice surprise that it was so friendly. The breakfast was quite good with various items and overall I thought I got very good value for my dollar.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The room was large and the beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast could have been a little more healthy, typical of US chains. We stayed here for one night on our way home to Idaho, would be a great alternative to staying in Reno, great price! Would highly recommend and would stay here again!

They were so rude. You wouldn’t even believe it. This is the most expensive place in town and totally not worth it. Don’t stay in Fernley, MV!!!
