I checked in at 7 ish, the lady at the front desk was VERY NICE and accommodating. Claudine maybe? Had a great time here. Plan on staying here for my future visits and family vacations.

Nice hotel. Close to the old town park and restaurants. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. The parking is large.

Very clean, the bed is super comfortable, nice quality bed sheets as well. The pool, and the hot pool looked good. The restaurants in the hotel, have good food, price is ok.

Excellent location close to the old town and the train station. About fifteen minutes drive to Sea World and a little more to Balboa Park. Spacious, bright and clean room, comfortable mattress, spacious and clean bathroom. Kind staff and quick response to requests

Very nice and clean hotel i actually took my own sanatize wipes to clean and i was suprised that the wipes had no dust on them very clean rooms!

Breakfast was great the kids loved the pancakes the most! We really enjoyed the shuttle service and the drivers were friendly and helpful! The hotel was very accommodating to our needs!

Room was very clean. I like the little sitting area where you can dine.

I was 2 days post surgery and showed up, hoping for an early check-in. Kevin was phenomenal! Helped me with my luggage and pulled all the strings he could to get me in a room early! Very impressed
