The location of the hotel was excellent, with a 10-minute walk to the Woodside Station. The staff were great, as they were really helpful in providing very useful tips for those who were visiting NYC for the first time. The room was excellent, with a spotlessly clean bathroom, spacious space for luggage, and a microwave oven too. The breakfast spread had both sweet and savoury choices.

Great hotel in Long Island City, you could easily be in Manhattan in less than 10 minutes, several subways one to three blocks away. Breakfast was really awesome with eggs, bacon, oatmeal, bagels, waffels, fruits, good coffee all day! Small fitness area and washing facilities, very friendly staff. I had a very comfortable stay!

What I liked the most was the silence. This was the first hotel I’ve ever stayed at where I never heard any noise from other guests. The rooms are very well insulated. The beds were super comfortable and the staff very friendly. The breakfast was good. Also everything was so clean.

The best place to stay in New York City: close to public transportation to anywhere; super comfortable beds, great food in the area (highly recommend Sami’s Kabab House—Afghan/Uzbek/Tajik food); quick trip to Manhattan—take bus Q32 to Central Park and Penn Station, subway number 7 to Grand Central Station, Subway line G to Brooklyn/Williamsburg, subway line E to/from JFK. Staff are friendly, there’s a place to eat your own food on the ground floor, and the price is very reasonable. We shall return and will recommend to everyone!

The room was very clean on arrival and we were told to let them know at reception when we like our room to be cleaned. The breakfast was fine and good enough for us and their warm breadrolls were delicious. Coffee was good and quality was fine. When leaving the hotel we were surrounded by nice restaurants and interesting places, with the subway it was less than 1 hour from the hotel to Times Square. Sheets were replaced on every cleaning and it there were no bugs.

The location is highly convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to Manhattan. My room was clean, quiet, and I was especially appreciative of the upgrade, for which I’d like to thank Rodney and Joyce. Also to Ms. Juana, for ensuring everything was maintained to a high standard. The team’s professionalism and hospitality made the stay thoroughly enjoyable.

Flushing is great for green areas and tennis facilities at US Open level. It is inhabited mostly by Asians. They are polite and not aggressive, but they hardly speak English. European merchandise is scarce

Flushing is a great part of New York.

Flushing is a great part of New York. It was diverse, I was able to have access to basic food options as well as try cultural options of the area as well. Walking in the area was nice people were great and I really did not feel like an out of towner. I enjoyed my stay a lot.

We were told they had a pool and breakfast and dinner.

We were told they had a pool and breakfast and dinner. Breakfast and dinner were closed even though we were told the day before they were open and the pool wasn’t open until after 3pm. We had an afternoon flight so couldn’t us it. It is in Chinatown so there were restaurants and we were lucky that we had one breakfast restaurant near by but we booked it specifically for those reasons so very dissatisfied

staff is good and the room is really comfortable. if breakfast has more options that will be more presentable for guest .Only one thing i notice i have asked for a hotel taxi and they mentioned one price but when i reached the destination and price is increased and the driver told me there is hidden tips for Taxi callers. I think this should be checked. This happen several times .
