I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very new and spotlessly clean. The design and decoration were elegant yet cozy, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. Everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. The service was especially impressive — the staff were attentive, professional, and paid great attention to detail. Overall, it was a truly pleasant experience, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help with any requests bringing extra towels, trash bags, or anything else we needed. The atmosphere was very cozy and warm, with a true winter, forest-like vibe. We loved the idea of roasting marshmallows the hotel provides special kits, which was such a nice and thoughtful touch, especially for families. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is excellent everything is within walking distance: cafés, restaurants, and shops. Breakfasts were tasty and nicely organized.

Hampton Inn Big Bear Lake is a great family hotel. We only stayed one night while driving through to Vegas but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfy with a big bathroom and very comfy beds/pillows. There is a laundry facility at the hotel too which is great. The included breakfast was busy but well catered for.

Overlooking scenic Big Bear Lake, Hotel Marina Riviera boasts an outdoor pool, a complimentary shuttle to and from Snow Summit, and a hot tub.

We are hiking the PCT. Peter and his co-workers are the nicest people. Absolutly hiker friendly. They even have a hiker box. Everything absolutly uncomplicated. Post office across the street. In the "Village" of Big Bear Lake. Plenty options for breakfast or dinner.

Spacious rooms, super clean bathrooms, fridge and microwave available. Comfortable bed. A plus: the room had a wireless charger, which also had several USB ports for connecting devices, ideal when you only have one US adaptor. Another plus: the room had complementary coffee machine with 2x coffee pouches and creamers. The people at the check in office where extremely nice, we wanted to stay for an extra night but our room was already booked, so we got a new room, and instead of checking in at 3pm, they could accommodate us from the moment we left the other room (10:30AM).
