An excellent place to stay in a beautiful, quiet, location. Upon arrival we immediately saw a hare and two deer in the forest around the house. Dinner was made on the gas BBQ, with Seth quickly helping us when it turned out the propane tank was empty. After dinner we enjoyed the warmth of the hot tub which he had prepared for us. The following morning we had a nice breakfast at the spacious table outside, surrounded by beautiful trees. We brought most of the food ourselves, although we did use some coffee from the generously stocked cupboards. In turn, we left most of our orange juice for the next guests. We were sad we could only stay one night at this beautiful location. The surrounding area certainly offers plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy for many days.

Attended a family member's wedding nearby. Most of us from the family stayed at Miner's Camp and really enjoyed the location and theme. They also provided an outdoor kitchen and wood and fire starter for the fire pit. We enjoyed a fire the following morning with coffee.

The room was clean, warm and tidy. I liked that it had a fridge and microwave. It was centrally located and easy to get on/off the freeway. Grocery store and good eats very close. The hotel desk clerk was great!!

It’s a beautiful place to go if you would like a little...

It’s a beautiful place to go if you would like a little woods getaway. The host was very friendly and communicative. He left the lights on for us when he was a formed that we would be arriving at night. The home was very cozy and had everything that you needed down to the seasonings! It rained the whole time while we were there, but it was a perfect home to stay indoors, all of the board games and massive TV selections kept us entertained.Definitely would recommend going back.

WORST experience ever.

WORST experience ever. The owner just tries to pull as much money as possible. He hasn't paid back my security deposit of $300 even after 25 days. I have raised a complaint with booking.com for resolution.

We went up for a wedding. The venue was close and very fun.

We went up for a wedding. The venue was close and very fun. The cabin at Miner's Camp was cute and we could park right in front of the cabin door. We stayed in the ADA cabin and it was perfect for a handicap person. The shower was flat and a walk-in or wheelchair in. The area was clean and the cabin was spotless. The town is very small, but the resturants were delicious. Dress is casual unless the wedding is formal attire. It was extremely hot, but the air unit in the cabin worked great. We are so glad we chose Miner's Camp.

This rental was beyond amazing and the owner Seth was a fantastic host. The place was remote, quiet, priced well and very clean. Everything was laid out clearly and the check-out instructions were very reasonable. I loved the hot tub and fireplace and appreciated that there was plenty of firewood available. If you are looking for a quiet getaway this is definitely the spot.
