Very old town but had a lot of character. A drive around Freeport was intriguing. Downtown had quaint shops and restaurants. Streets were very rough, and potholes were everywhere. Some roads were very narrow.

Freeport has a lot of character. I enjoyed all the architecture of the buildings. Our town has destroyed all our old buildings. I thought it was very interesting to see that some towns have preserve that.

Terrible breakfast and worse coffee. Communication between consumers and staff very poor. No microwave or freezer compartment in refrigerator. The beds and pillows were the highlight. Would not stay at this Hampton again and Hamptons have been my first choice when traveling for over 20 years.

I thought I had booka kingsize handicap room, I got a kingsize room . i needed a handicap because i had troubles getting up off the toilet. I had to pull up on the sink.I also had trouble getting in and out of the tub. Thank you.

No immediate servicing for broken elevators. No luggage cats No paper work or receipt at check in after using credit card. Price quoted at check in was 120$. At check out with service fees and tax 146$ We didn’t order room service or anything extra. Pricing and room placement on the 3rd floor for reservation made weeks before was unfair! Booking. Com knew we were bring an infant. We should have been compensated for the inconvenience of the elevator out and no luggage carts
