The lodge is lovely, well located. We stayed in the two bedroom accessible family cabin which was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and the overall experience was great.

The room was lovely and clean. The outside dining area was top notch, as was the food and staff. We loved the porch.

I enjoyed the scenic route to get to Priest Station. It is centrally located by main highways and on the way to Yosemite @ 45 minutes away up the road. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious! My favorite was the 2+2+2 pancake breakfast unlike no other. The cabins are small and cozy and bit of old and some modern decor. Quiet and serene location with a beautiful view of the mountains.

Cute town with everything you need for a visit to Yosemite National Park. We enjoyed eating at the Top of the Trail Coffee (great breakfast sandwiches), Iron Door Tavern and Two Guys Pizza Pies. The Mar-Val grocery has a great selection. It was about a 45 minute drive into Yosemite.

Plenty of good trails around if you drive 30-40 mins. On the resort trails are very limited.
Stay away from food at the PML golf club , very poor and overpriced.
We did Carlon falls which takes you into Yosemite and you can swim when you reach the falls — allow 3 hours round trip including a good stop at the falls. Park just past the official car park off road for free !
Sunsets are amazing - I am sure the sunrise is too.

Groveland is a small town just a short drive from Yosemite’s Big Oak Flat entrance. It has restaurants, a few gift shops and a small grocery store with ample supplies. There is a gas station on the edge of town. It was a good place for an overnight stop.

The town is some 25-30 minutes from the Rush Creek resort where we stayed.
We only drove through Groveland, it seemed to have a lovely one block downtown with BBs, restaurants, and a few other stores. On the road to Yosemite from San Francisco through Manteca, Groveland is the most picturesque little town.

Unexpectedly charming town with way more facilities then we had imagined. The local saloon is awesome, so is the grocery store. We didn't really have time to explore the other options (as we were there to visit Yosemite) but there were plenty more interesting eating/drinking options around.
The cabins are in the perfect location overlooking a stunning ridge on the old priest grade and only 5mins drive from the nearest town where there’s shops, restaurants and fuel. Also nicely located for Yosemite if you can’t stay in the actual park. The on site restaurant does amazing food and has supplies too which is great. Rooms are spacious clean and have all the amenities you’d like we particularly liked the supply of hot drinks and the kettle!
Our stay at the Hotel Charlotte was indescribably beautiful! You can see how much love has been put into it! One of the most unique and charming hotels we have ever stayed in. Finn and Alexandria were incredibly nice and accommodating. The entire hotel and staff get 10/10 stars! We recommend it to everyone from the bottom of our hearts.
Good hotel in the center of Groveland, close to Yosemite West Entrance. Good for one or two night; free breakfast provided (coffee, cereal, porridge, juice). Room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. There‘s a fridge, small tv, a/c, hair dryer abd a small mini bar
