The breakfast was wonderful, and the woman tending to breakfast was awesome, I wish I could remember her name. She poured us hot, fresh coffee, and she was making waffles to order for a larger family who was there for breakfast as well. She had a smile on her face the entire time!

Check in was easy. The young man who checked us in was extremely efficient and polite. The hotel is in a safe location with good lighting in the parking area. The breakfast was the same as any of the hotels that offer *free* breakfast ... that includes the pricier hotel brands. It is all the same fruit, yogurt, toast, eggs, sausage ... must say this hotel had ham. Everything was clean and well kept. The breakfast bar was constantly monitored to keep things fresh and appealing. The towels and.linens were nice.

Unfortunately the experience was bad

Friendly and helpful staff and the GM Randy was just wonderful and kind. The rooms were huge and the hot tub was a plus with it being outside. I will definitely be booking again 😊😊

It was clean, quiet and just what we needed to lay our heads for the women's conference we were attending. The only negative is we only had 2 large towels and there were 4 booked to stay in the room!

Our go to hotel for Hershey swap meet. Clean & very comfortable, great onsite bar & restaurant. Staff always superb.
