I loved the house, and the location, the Sunshiine Shack and other great food trucks in walking distance. The beach was awesome, they do have fun beach toys, snorkels and masks, boogie board, buckets, rings , etc... Easy access to the house. After finanlly getting situated, we wished we had more time there.

The location was great--small town Hawaii. It was a mile or so north to a grocery market and food trucks were nearby. I few low key restaurants were available, too.

The unit was amazing, the beach was amazing with very few people. Listening to the waves every night was very relaxing

Turtle Bay is great location. Hotel is very quite, no other hotels nearby, just golf courses, beaches and beautiful trails. Rooms are spacious, very well equiped and maintained. Wish we stayed longer than just 3 nights. If you are looking for intimacy, this is the right place to stay.

A remote village on the north shore of Oahu, this area has beautiful weather and is great to see the big wave surfers in the winter. However, the beaches are not particularly swimmable unless you are a great swimmer due to the size of the surf and rip currents. While great for surfing, it is not so great for everyone else. There are few dining options in this area and unless you are willing to drive 20-30 minutes to the closest small town, you will be eating resort food when available or from a food truck. So remote that Domino's won't even deliver. That should say something because people who pay $800+ per night for accommodations don't usually want Domino's pizza. But it was the last resort.

Great location and the property is very nice.
Great location and the property is very nice. However you need to be more precise in giving the location. I spent over an hour trying to locate the place--including working with local security personnel

Great location. Easy access both North and South.
Great location. Easy access both North and South. The 2 lane road gets pretty crowded at times. This is particularly true headed North to the Dole Plantation and on to the freeway. Access to great beaches was excellent. Turtle Bay Resort wasn't open as it has some renovation going on. The golf course was closed, but a great walk around on the cart path.
Lots and lots of food trucks for quick meals. Close to BYU Hawaii and the Polynesian Culture Center.
Location to turtle bay was great, and very close to kahuku and hale'wa which was handy as great food. Pool was warm and nice view out to golf course. Kitchen was well stocked and walking ability to lots around, basically meant we could enjoy turtle by resort without the prices.
The main communal areas of the hotel are gorgeous. The refurbishment to the lobby area is stunning. This is our third time staying at the property but the first time since the refurb.
The amenities and activities are fantastic.
The little cafe in the lobby is also fantastic.
