United StatesClean, spacious room. Comfortable bed and good quality bedding. All appliances were excellent quality and seemed brand new. Loved the Nespressocoffee maker! Cute country feel to the room and we enjoyed visiting the garden and the chickens. Staff is very friendly and communication with the was clear and helpful.

United StatesAmazing breakfast! The Happy Hour was a fun twist on the typical hotel offerings. I also liked that the room had a charging port for phones. And great water pressure in the shower. The staff was very friendly as well

If you are looking for great access to the Columbia River/...
If you are looking for great access to the Columbia River/Lake Roosevelt, Kettle Falls is a great outdoorsy area. There is a really nice cultural center/museum just before the bridge. There are small shops along Main streets to check out. There is another museum in Colville open 1-4pm as well.

Only complaint was mattresses in rooms other than master...
Only complaint was mattresses in rooms other than master bedroom I stayed in. Great granddaughter loved the tub was like a swimming pool for 2 year old. We had 8 adults . Bride & her maid of honor slept on sofa night before wedding. Never heard of any complaints about sofa. For me because I am short I found it hard to get comfortable. Others no complaints. Love the big kitchen was great & huge dining table. We were there for granddaughters wedding at his grandma's in Kettle Falls. We used this facility to cook & sleep. Everyone loved patio area to relax.

Beautiful vistas, gorgeous weather.
Beautiful vistas, gorgeous weather. A small town, but had everything you needed for those who love, hiking nature and other outdoor activities a fabulous place right near Roosevelt. The breakfasts at our bed-and-breakfast Garden view Estates was delicious. And in town, the broasted chicken freshly made was a pleasant surprise.
