Private beach, location was awesome

Nice location . Very friendly staff good communication. Nice breakfast . Laundry helped us a lot . Cosy atmosphere. Kitchen was equipped .

One of the cleanest place I've stayied in US. Lovely staff and, although not huge, complete and amazing brekfast offer!

Nice and helpful staff, locations really clean, the hotel has just what you need.

Room well equipped and spacious

Beautiful building and location

brickell walking distance. Very nice area , clean rooms. If i go again definitelly stay there.

Spacious with washer dryer to use.

Fantastic staff , early check in , great room and location

I visited Dua while in Miami on a business trip. The location of the property is perfect, right at the heart of Brickell yet not in the middle of the busier noisy parts. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the room was super clean. Also, the balcony had great views of the Brickell skyline. For me a highlight was also the restaurant, that I can highly recommend to whoever visits the hotel.

The Location was great and the staff were exceptional from the moment you arrive to check in and checking. I loved that they helped with luggage handling from the vehicle to the reception and then to the room..

We loved our room! We had a great view of the ocean and our beds were huge which was great. The room was very spacious, and so was the bathroom. The hotel also has a great dining area to eat and is very close to the kaseya centre and nice restaurants in Brickell. Everything seemed walking distance for us as we were staying here for ultra music festival. The staff were very accommodating and kind!

Nice Pool Area. Super Room Service. Very Nice Breakfast.

The man who greeted us with a magnificent smile every time we needed help with our luggage… the most handsome man in Miami is at the Novotel Brickell.

Great people managing the hotel. The staff has been super helpful during and after the stay and I cannot recommend them more. Had left my wallet in the room and the staff (Lucas T.) emailed me to let me know that it had been found and arranged to have it shipped to me in no time. Received the wallet a few days latter with all the money I had in it. Very rare to find people that honest and helpful. Fully deserve their perfect rating.

The hotel is centrally located. Close to restaurants and shops. And very important for several different means of transportation. The room is small but well organized and cozy. The staff is very nice

Very new and clean, big room.

Confortável rooms, great swimming pool and convenient garage with vallet. This is a great location to stay in Miami.

Clean, friendly, great value, good location

Balcony, Mini kitchen real dishes, glasses, silverware, dishwasher, washer and dryer all hidden in the decor. The location is literally in the heart of EVERYTHING and at night the streets get loud and early morning with partying but the Soundproof windows came in handy when you want to sleep in longer.
