The staff was super friendly, especially Jessie and John. They made sure we were comfortable and were always willing to give recommendations to make our stay more memorable. The hotel has a great location with a ski rental place and easy access to the resort, whether you walk or take one of the shuttles.

We loved that it was close access to the pool house/laundry and the shuttle. It was beautiful and clean with great amenities. The fireplace was touchy and the bed isn't the comfiest but we really don't have any complaints. It was our first stay and we look forward to coming back!

Keystone is a good resort whether you visit during the summer or ski season. It is a short drive from Denver and close to Dillon, Frisco and Breckenridge. There are plenty of things to do no matter what your interest is.

Keystone had been highly recommended by friend who was there a few years ago. Unfortunately, things have changed. As of 7/2026, Keystone appears to be struggling. Unhappy locals and store owners. Problems with Vail have the locals upset and they were very vocal about it. Animosity toward tourists was overt. Good food was very hard to find. Shopping in the resort was extremely limited. Godola was closed for construction; lift waz 50.00 per person, only full day passes available. Rediculous. Will not be going back to Keystone. Breckenridge, on the other hand, is the place to go for shopping and good food.

We've been visiting Keystone for a number of years.

We've been visiting Keystone for a number of years. It offers all types of terrain for every skier/snowboarder. The ground transportation is great and there are two base areas which provide good food/drinking options depending on your preference.

The place was so nice! The people very friendly.

The place was so nice! The people very friendly. The only thing is that everywhere you go to like, restaurants, bars or other places it was crowded. Lots of winter loving people!! Expect to pay $$$ for some items and also the use of only credit card in many places. All rentals of equipment was credit cards. The ski equipment rental places are staffed with young teens from many places of the world. They were so nice helping us and teaching the proper way to use the equipment. Will I go back?? Ohhhh yess!! I know now what to do so I can have more fun!! One more thing, plan to start early your ski times. The slopes open real early and the parking lots gets full quick! Also they close some skiing areas very early. If you traveling from Denver to Keystone be aware that during winter, you will need your car to meet winter codes. I rented a car was 4x4 and met the Winter road rule of Colorado. Also plan your route. By mistake I took route 6 that has many dangerous areas during winter. For a no winter driver it was spooky!! Use 70 and then use 6 to get to the the town.

We drove so transportation was not a problem, however we would have been isolated without our car. Never visit Keystone in the "shoulder seasons". Nothing is open, shops or any restaurants and no one was around. Absolutely nothing to do at Keystone. Needed to drive 6 miles into Dillon to eat all meals. Could be nice in the winter which is their prime season. Spent one day at Breckenridge and sorry that we didn't stay there.....alive and active it was.

Mountain is wonderful for skiing and snowboarding.

Mountain is wonderful for skiing and snowboarding. My kids loved the bowl at the Bergman Express lift. I liked the family atmosphere. No late night noise or drunken bar scenes. The restaurant options are not great in River Run Village. Overpriced and mediocre. There is no grocery store close by, so you need a car for that. But overall we loved it! Would definitely come back for more amazing skiing.

*Contemporary apartment which had everything we needed for our stay - felt like an hotel room (in a good way!) *Well-equipped: including a full kitchen, grill, and a washing machine / dryer *Pleasant balcony with absolutely beautiful views to the forest *Great on-site spa with a large hot-tub (outdoors) *Clear instructions on how to enter / use the facilities / check-out *The whole parking lot was promptly plowed after an intense snow storm the night before we left (phew!)

Absolutely amazing apartment overlooking Keystone village lake with the mountains in the background. Magical and romantic location. Aparrment is very nicely decorated. 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and a large terrace to sit outdoor looking at the lake and mountains. Village shops only a few steps away, and the spa and swimming pool also 2 minutes walk. Loved it.
