I would like to express my gratitude for the friendliness and approachability of the staff during my recent stay. When I encountered a full parking lot, the team readily offered to valet my car to the overflow lot, which I greatly appreciated. Additionally, upon my early arrival, the staff kindly checked for room availability, allowing me to settle in comfortably before the official check-in time.
The view from my room was truly breathtaking, and the layout was thoughtfully designed, with excellent lighting and ample space. I also appreciated that the refrigerator is built into a cabinet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep without any distracting noise. Overall, my experience was very positive, and I commend the team for their exceptional service.

The dining room and lounge/bar area were beautiful. It was very peaceful for eating and conversation. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The food was really good. It had the feel of a bread and breakfast.

We drove so transportation was not a problem, however we would have been isolated without our car. Never visit Keystone in the "shoulder seasons". Nothing is open, shops or any restaurants and no one was around. Absolutely nothing to do at Keystone. Needed to drive 6 miles into Dillon to eat all meals. Could be nice in the winter which is their prime season. Spent one day at Breckenridge and sorry that we didn't stay there.....alive and active it was.AAnonymous - Scored 8.08.0

Mountain is wonderful for skiing and snowboarding. My kids loved the bowl at the Bergman Express lift. I liked the family atmosphere. No late night noise or drunken bar scenes. The restaurant options are not great in River Run Village. Overpriced and mediocre. There is no grocery store close by, so you need a car for that. But overall we loved it! Would definitely come back for more amazing skiing.

Check-in was friendly and efficient, but when we got to our room, instead of a queen size bed, it was two Murphy beds in a tiny room. They did not fill the ice cube trays in the fridge up, and there was no place to get ice other than a gas station a few miles away. The Internet didn't work until I troubled shot that the router was unplugged. We called the customer service number to ask about getting the wrong room, and they blamed Booking.com for false advertising. They offered to move up to a smaller room with a queen size bed. We like the location and accessibility to restaurants and shops. It has a good variety of things to do and our favorite thing to do is ski. We stayed in the River Run area and ate at the restaurants located in that area. The Crepe shop is always something to look forward to. We tried to get to the gondola early to avoid as big of a crowd and it did not disappoint.AubreyUnited States of America
