I book the room on booking.com but hotel said that they couldn't tell me that I could have 1st flood room plus I needed a room with a walk in shower , they told me that I couldn't get what asked for ,after booking.com ok everything .
The purpose of us going here was to take care of my deceased uncles estate while I was there I did eat at a restaurant which was nice and attended a swap meet which I haven't done in years that was also nice but the area was quite hot and deserty which is not something that I prefer but if you like that type of landscape then you would like Kingman
Unacceptable. Flight to Vegas was delayed by 7 hours and our luggage was delayed 2 additional hours. We called the hotel when we landed and requested to cancel. It would have been a 1.45 hour drive with a small child in the middle of the night. We were told we would be charged the full charge. Called the next morning and spoke to the GM Veronica. She was awful. Offered fake platitudes and said the hotel was booked so they had to charge us. I found that interesting considering we checked the night before and there were still rooms available. She also shared that she was the final say so good luck trying to get help from anyone else. I would NOT recommended this hotel to anyone based on the complete lack of compassion and overall empathy.
This is a motel with paper thin walls so you can hear everything in the room next door. The pool was shut due to environmental health issues and the cooked breakfast included in our booking was also not available. All in all very bad value for money
Great historical town area......fossils and history can be had here with 3 major museums within walking area. You are wedged between 2 routes of route 66 here. I would avoid motel 6 if you are a clean freek. The value and location are great, but we found staff displacent with no work ethic detail. Note wear your sandles in the shower.
Kingman is a pleasant city with a fascinating historic district and many reminders of Route 66 that runs through. The visitor center and railroad park are two interesting places. We intend to visit here again for several days during the Route 66 Fest in October 2022.
I loved the fact that the front desk gave us a non smoking room as I have sensitive lungs to smoke, They were pet friendly and the bar and lounge had a wonderful waitress Wendy, after seeing her running around bussing table's and working her butt off for a good hour waiting for her to take our order she surprised us by her excellent customer service during our entire meal. It made our stay even more exceptionally excellent. We had a long hard day and Wendy made our evening wonderful. We are definitely coming back to this hotel Again!
Kingman
Location was good, but, for a Best Western, this hotel doesn't measure up. When I opened the door I turned on the light, only there was only one 20 watt bulb in the whole room. Couldn't see anything. There was another lone light in the bath. Only half of a roll of toilet paper was there, no new roll, no plastic cup, much less a coffee pot. I'd already booked 2 nights and the second day my key stopped working. This was one step up from camping.
Kingman
The staff are totally great. Room was very nice size. Slept great very quite and comfortable. I would recommend this to all of my family and friends. Room wasn't to cold or hot was perfect. Hotel was just great. Very clean no smells. Mini refrigerator work just great. Are drinks were actually very cold and they were great when they're cold.
We stay here when traveling interstate 40 to and from California. Rooms are always clean. Beds are comfortable. Easy off/on access to freeway. Plenty of spots to grab a bite to eat. Dollar General right across the street. Pet friendly with no ridiculous extra charge.

Hotel quite new and amenities were good. Room was large and well equipped with kitchen facilities. Decor was lovely and bed was comfortable. In a location for visits to Skywalk and Hoover Dam.
