United StatesHaving the expanded hot breakfast. We was super impressed with the pancake machine. The beds were very comfortable. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Coffee and cookies were always available. Very nice bathroom layout and our room was clean. Hotel was newly renovated and well kept. We just loved our stay we would definitely stay again.

Overall, more good than bad.
Overall, more good than bad. Clean facility, felt safe, great location, clean rooms and friendly check-in (PM) staff. Close to many restaurants and stores. Nightly rate a bit higher (don't mind when breakfast is included), but not bad. The breakfast could use some attention and better monitoring of available hot foods; fake eggs and under cooked bacon. The wait to refill hot items was too long. Being a light eater I made it work. Would be nice to have a microwave; stay was short, but any longer it would have been useful. Definitely would recommend and return.

Clean room. No microwave in room . Dirty ice. Side entrance door was not locked at anytime possibly allowing anyone to enter hotel. Milk at breakfast was several days out of date. Poor Wi-Fi reception.

Rooms were great. Clean, comfortable.
Rooms were great. Clean, comfortable. It was right off the interstate which is where we needed to be. Price was very reasonable. Front desk was very polite and friendly. Flapjacks restaurant was right next door if you didn't want the hotel breakfast. We will stay here again.

This hotel was absolutely excellent.
This hotel was absolutely excellent. Clean great staff beds were comfortable and plenty of parking just a short drive to all the local places and right down the street from Buc-ees . We will definitely be back and will only stay at this hotel . Even though we visited in the winter time still lots to see and do

Staff was friendly and got us in our room quickly. We checked in an hour early but the room was ready! Clean, modern and quite. Breakfast was awesome, great selection and room was open and clean. Loved the outdoor fire pit!

The room was outdated, and the mattress was stained and dirty. It literally had dirt down in where the buttons are on the mattress the sheets were stained, the door did not shut at the top, like it had been pushed in, there were gnats that came out of the drains, The room was disgusting and I was very unhappy with it

That's my second time here at Quality Inn Kodak, Sevierville and as the first I am not been disappointed. I love that place starting from the front desk guys which are always so helpful and welcome you with a smile on face. Everything is fine, clean rooms, quite enought, positioned into the right spot, free goodies into the room, Buc-ees right across the street what else. I'll be back here for sure when in Sevierville or tired driving on 40. Have a stop, it's worth it!

Hotel not clean. Was checked in to an occupied room and opened room to someone in the room. That could have been dangerous. Went to the front desk, and he said I can't help you. I am answering phones.
Breakfast was unavailable at 7 and had to restaurant next door to get coffee. Traffic noise was horrible. I couldn't sleep. Horrible stay never again.
