Flight cancelled and I needed a comfortable, clean, secure hotel near JFK at short notice. Rodeway Inn delivered that in spades. Sure the room was small - but it had a HUGE comfortable clean bed to stretch out on, after hours in a cramped economy seat and waiting at the airport. The bathroom was clean, so were the towels. Good quality liquid soap, shampoo and bodywash provided. The toilet paper was forest sustainability - an extra plus

I like that the room was clean and the air was fresh. There were no funny smells in the room and no stains on the carpet. Breakfast was alright with enough selections.

The shuttle service was great. It arrived at Federal Circle, and the driver was helpful and courteous. Also we were very grateful that the shuttle dropped us off at our terminal. Once again, the shuttle driver was wonderful. Finally the check in and out process was very easy, and the staff was lovely.
