I wouldn't stay again.
I wouldn't stay again. Staff demanded $100 deposit to ensure we didn't smoke or damage the room. My boyfriend and I are clean cut professional and in our 40s. This was rude unprofessional and uncalled for.

It was nice with reservations.
It was nice with reservations. Also there should have been more staff help. We could not use the pool, a group with young children did not watch their children and we decided not to use the pool.
The breakfast area was also not watched and the same children made a mess and were very rude.
The mattress stain really put me off.

Location of Microtel was obscured even tho we used a GPS. The bed was very comfortable. The carpet and chair need to be cleaned. It was very cold in the room with a leaking air conditioner. I told the desk but nobody checked it. The carpet was wet on the floor below the air conditioner. This was not a suite so we had no fridge or micro. There was an available micro and ice machine on the main floor only. The breakfast was so so. Coffee could be had always. The people were friendly at the check in. A security guard was on hand. There were several carts available for transporting luggage.
Shopping nearby and Mexican restaurant next door.

This property was great!
This property was great! I only wish we had requested a larger unit. For 4 of us, we had to share a Murphy bed and a sofa pull out, and it was a bit crammed, however there wasn't availability to move, so we made it work- we do know now for next time though!!! The activities were great and kids loved it!!! Everything was new and fresh and relaxed!!! It's about 45 mins to the beaches, and an hour to sanibel, the grocery store was a minute away and all very convenient!!

Ok for overnight
We stayed here prior to flying out of RSW. Thought it was close, but not so much. Kinda of a scary clientele, but rooms were nice, spacious, and clean. Left before breakfast, but 24 hour coffee is good. They do have a pool, but didn't have time to try it out.
“Lehigh Acres is approx. 30 minutes from Ft. Myers. The property is located in a very quiet part of town. The beds were very comfortable, and the pool was awesome! If you are going out to eat, minimum driving distance is 15-20 miles one way. Publix (grocery store with excellent bakery( can be reached easily.”
