CanadaVery friendly host and father. Interesting stories of life there for 52 years. Host told us about interesting things to do a see. Best place ever for our Bernedoodle, open fields to run and no traffic on dead end road. Everything was more than we thought and very relaxing away from the hustle and bustle.

We stopped at the swinging bridge and the Kootenai falls. EVERYONE SHOULD STOP THERE IF THEY GET THE OPPORTUNITY. Also, dinner was delicious at the Switchback Bar and Grill. We had cheese curds to die for with house made marinara, and the Switchback Dip. Breakfast at the Antler restaurant started our day right before we trekked over the hill, past the Libby Dam at the end of Lake Kookanusa and on to eureka. Should be in everyone’s bucket list. Such pretty and rugged country.

Libby is a great town.
Libby is a great town. Motel prices are tremendously over priced. It appears that all hotels are owned by probably two or three people/businesses, and monopoly prices are ridiculous. No bargains. Lots of vacancies, still sky-high prices.

The Lodge was very Cozy and I liked the 24 house access to the Breakfast Area and Fresh Baked Cookies. I wasn't crazy about having my Room checked for Damage. Never in over 40 Years of Business & Pleasure Travel has this ever happen! A little mistrusting. I guess they've had problems with transient guests in the past? It was convenient to Restaurants and Town. Picturesque Mountain Location...

Was nice to spend a day there.
Was nice to spend a day there. Lots of nature and saw more deer in this town than any place I’ve been. We counted 25 deer wandering around peoples yards and the streets. Was beautiful. Lots of old buildings that feel like you went back in time

Libby is a town that looks half abandoned and people are miserable. I don’t blame them though on account of 10% of the population dying or getting sick from asbestos related illnesses. Cabinet brewing was delicious, the beer and the food. Libby at night was scary and felt unsafe. Great place to stop in for an afternoon or morning, but stay somewhere just outside of town if you want to stick around. The wilderness surrounding Libby was amazing.

Libby is a small town with very limited things to do and places to eat. It was fine for staying one night, but I wouldn't plan on staying any longer there. If I travel through this area again, I probably won't stay in Libby.

The bed was super comfy and liked all the dishes and spices in the kitchen. Staff very nice.
We did go to the Libby Dam and Kootenai Falls swinging bridge. Both were amazing, but definitely could have been a day trip.

Libby is one of the best places to visit in the summer because of all the different activities outdoors. Staying at the Comfort Inn is the nicest place we've stayed in Libby.

You can get breakfast on the premises and it is good value for money. The hotel was clean and there was plenty of local information available.
