Featuring free Wi-Fi throughout the property, this Marshall, Michigan hotel is located just off Interstate 94, 2 miles north of the city center. Each guest room offers a flat-screen cable TV. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable as well as the pillows. The breakfast was good with many options available.
Located off Interstate 94, this Albion, Michigan hotel is 5 miles away from Spectacle Lake. A daily continental breakfast is served, and each room is equipped with free Wi-Fi. Lovely clean comfortable room. Good breakfast, lots of choice of breakfast items.
Skeleton-fest was a fun diversion. Halloween arts & crafts show at the fairgrounds was GREAT! Almost missed it. There should have been more information about that event available in the downtown area.
Marshall has numerous good restaurants to dine at as well as a Norman Rockwall feel to the downtown area. If you ever saw the old Christmas classic, "It's a Wonderful Life", Marshall resembles Bedford Falls. And most likely there will be snow for Christmas!
We stayed in Marshall (at the Holiday INN) but we did not go into Marshall on this trip. This was a stop over between, a show/dinner at Turkeyville and then traveling to Shipshewana, IND. for some shows.
This is a nice little city with a friendly small town feel to it. Clean and well maintained, with all the conveniences. I just love both of the the brew pubs in town -- Grand River Brewery and Dark Horse Brewery. Those two places alone are more than enough reason to visit Marshall and stay as long as you can!
People there are nice. The Grand River Brewery has wonderful beers and great food. There's at least one other brewery in the area as well, and I hope to check that one out on my next trip there.
It’s full of history with old buildings and lots of nice people. Stagecoach was a great stop. Staff so friendly great drink and food specials. Dark horse brewery is a must if you are ever in Marshall
Everything very nice stay once again
