Amanda was awsome, we got double booked and the room I was supposed to get was already taken. I called Amanda from the motel management, and she had us taken care of in just a few minutes. Amanda upgraded us to the larger king room and had us going in no time. The experience was exceptional. The rooms were clean, and very comfortable. The beds and pillows were luxurious. We will definitely stay here when I am in Lava again!

Beautiful historic property. Lovely location. Room had a beautiful view. Mineral spa bath was a nice inclusion. The front reception person was fantastic and accommodating.

We loved everything about this motel. The guy at check-in was super friendly and pointed out things around town to do and even gave recommendations for an awesome tube rental to float down the river. Rooms were big and comfortable and made for a great night in Lava Hot Springs. Will definitely stay here next time we pass through town.
