At least say on there website that pool is down and there hallways smells like skunk and weed barely any hot water to take shower stains on ceiling I would never recommend this hotel to anyone we left a day early and can’t get a refund there breakfast isn’t what they show in the picture

The room was fairly clean, but this hotel is not what it used to be. The hallways were dirty, not many choices for breakfast & our window in our room was jammed open about 3 inches, & wouldnt close. The young Man working the night we checked in didnt seem to care when we called down & told him. Thankfully the next morning upon check out the Lady who was working DID care & discounted our room..We probably wouldnt stay there again. Its a shame because this used to be a very nice Hotel.

When I checked in on Feb 12, I arrived around 9pm and the front desk was very helpful. Before I even mentioned my room preference, he told me he had carefully reviewed my online request and had already assigned a room exactly as I would like. This is exceptional service. I’ve requested specific room types many times at other hotels, but almost no one has ever paid attention.

Clean rooms, smelled so good!!! Comfortable beds! The man at the front desk was real nice and professional! Easy, quick check-in! Pool was nice! But they should put some heaters in there! But hey what do you expect when it's 12 degrees outside 🤷🏽‍♀️ My overall stay was great and I will definitely be staying again! I don't care for Melvindale but the hotel made it worth it!
