First room I got had mold inside cabinet, in shower, bad smell in room, couch stained really bad, and pool was down. The second room I got was better but still had a slight smell. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Definitely over priced and if you want clean and a good place to sleep, this is not it from my experience. I spoke with another person staying there and she said she had to request a different room as well due to the smell.

I felt safe where we were located and parking lot was well lit. Uber Eats was what we decided to use to eat our dinner in room and service was fine. A lot of different places where the hotel was located. I would avoid getting a hotel in Monroe, Louisiana when they are having events in the area. There was a serious up charge on the rooms due to so many events going on in Monroe, Louisiana. The room was no where worth $400 for one night.......ridiculous.

The downtown nightlife seemed vibrant and big city like….. incredible choices for dining out…although I don’t do bar scenes anymore, I noticed that there were numerous well lit and attractive bars… it’s well worth investigating…. don’t miss the Civic Center…the fountain ⛲️ at night is beautiful and the water tower was a perfect little addition to the quaint little town

Place is a complete rundown Traphouse that should not be open to the public bullet holes in the wall broken meth pipes in the floor black mold blood stains in the floor. This place needs to be shut down. I have become very sick after staying at this place.

I liked that it was close to where the event was, but it's really your neighbor's hotel not Fancy not to your liking but a short stay is cool unless you need to live there.
