United StatesThe staff was superb. TARA, in particular, was soooo helpful & compassionate. I have a very bad knee & back. Walking is painful. For some reason, despite my request for close proximity to the elevator, my room quite far from it, & my spinner bag wasn't rolling well on the carpet. Tara was on the floor w/ a housekeeping cart, saw me struggling, called the desk to change my room to one right next to elevator, & put my bag inside the room for me. OUTSTANDING!

CanadaPillows are too old, and so are jacuzzi faucets. The fridge had no freezer, and we definitely needed it. Otherwise, everything else was very good. Would recommend this hotel.
