Lots of activities beside the beach. On rainy days we found indoor activities such as car racing, Ripleys Aquarium at Broadway which has lost of stores and the Wonder Work house--upside down house. We enjoyed our stay. People were very pleasant. Honestly was not expecting that given the current climate of red states, so we appreciated the hospitality of the SC natives. We enjoyed good food at Villa Romano, Flavor Hills and Waffle House! We did some thrift shopping and found a few good deals! We went on a fishing charter and caught absolutely NOTHING but it was a fun day out on the ocean. We also enjoyed a helicopter ride but beware of the catfish . . . . it does NOT cost $29!! And lastly, since we were there on July 4th, we enjoyed a night on the beach feeling the breeze from the ocean and watching pyros live their best lives under the stars LOL!Guest review byLisaUnited States - 2.0

We have never been to Myrtle Beach. We really enjoyed it. We went to Ripley's Aquarium and Ripley's Believe it or not enjoyed both. Advise for others, would be to stay North Myrtle beach, not the south end. If you are looking for a family friendly, relaxing beach this is it!!Guest review byPaula
