Breakfast was fine. Coffee was good.

The room was very clean and cozy. What i really liked was that we could leave our luggage after check out andd before our flight at the reception, and it was free, so we didnt had to worry about it while still exploring the city on the last day. Evereything was great.

I loved the clean smells as soon I we walked into the lobby. Not overpowering but refreshing. All staff were smiling and friendly. Very pleasant experience for the whole family! Also having a usuable laundry room for guests was very helpful. Great restaurants and shopping all in walking distance

It is an amazing old hotel where you can find everything you need! I have no complaints—Hampton, which is always good, with friendly staff and a nice breakfast. AGAIN THE LOCATION IS THE BEST

Excellent reception by Mr Sandro De Oliveira, front desk supervisor, very helpful in all ways. Suggestion of eating please, things to do, best access to Universal. Very professional and friendly. Did go out of his way to help us. Rooms very clean, beds well made, very well lighted room. Good breakfast.

Room was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. Price was very reasonable and location was perfect for visiting Universal Island of Adventure.

after à long flight, it is nice to be able to have a nice hot shower with all the amenities. of course the very comfy bed helped tons to catch up on sleep. everything was as expected and communications were good before and during.

Rooms were lovely. We had a very nice city view. The security of the building was much appreciated, as was the valet parking. We had a drink after the show we attended and the bar was lively and fun.

We had an amazing time at the hotel was beautifully maintained and our room was cozy and quiet. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. Maryu, in particular, was a standout. Her warmth and kindness made my daughter feel right at home during breakfast. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful, making us feel valued guests. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic stay , clean comfortable room, helpful staff especially Jimmy who helped me print my cruise luggage labels and Kizzy who was great. Definitely stay here next time we visit Orlando. Highly recommend.

Cleanliness, spacious room, and friendly staff.

when they told me it was sprayed monthly for pests I thought i wouldnt see any. When i found out my room was supposedly sprayed the week before my arrival, i figured i wouldnt see any pests. I felt like i was being stalked by cockroaches. The whole place felt dirty. Like, the shower doesn't leave you clean, just ... greasier. There was a large gap in the door and i ended up buying cans of RAID to keep the bugs away but the last straw was when i woke up with one on my bed, running away from me. Even after going through an entire large can of Raid. I even bought my own cleaning supplies but it was such a losing endeavor i booked another hotel entirely and abandoned this one. Never again. Long stay rentals in the orlando area are DISGUSTING.

Friendly staff , never had any issues getting clean linens or anything we needed , room was very clean . Breakfast was good ,location was great and close to outlet mall and many restaurants , we very much enjoyed our stay .would definitely stay again
