United StatesThe breakfast buffet lived up to his outstanding reputation. Ms. Earline fixed a wonderful breakfast each morning and was there to answer any questions we had. Ms. Consuela and her staff kept our room and the other areas very clean. We had a late arrival and Ms. Miranda, at the front desk, was quite helpful. Ms. Marrisa, General Mgr., was quite helpful in making sure we were given the room we needed.

United StatesBreakfast was okay, lots of carbs, limited healthy choices, but well-attended and kept full. I liked that they used paper plates instead of styrofoam.
Morning desk attendant Thomas friendly and efficient. Bed very comfortable and room was very clean and not your typical “pet room.”

Cleanliness of the restroom was beyond poor. The tub was not clean. Hair dirt and soap scum residue was clearly visible. I never had to clean the restroom at a hotel I paid to stay at. Overall rating is would give is a zero
