Free breakfast advertised. first day there...Sunday, no toaster - no waffle batter - all juices "out of order" - nothing in the warmer - we had to leave at 8 - still no food. They had lots of bread - and some bagels. NO TOASTER. Garbage can overflowing by the coffee machine. Next day - nothing in the fridge except for a half gallon of milk-no yogurt, toaster was back - as was waffle batter - juices not back to operable until Wednesday. Wednesday - no plates other than 4" muffin plates - 3 of them together would hold the waffle I had for breakfast. Lobby where we were to eat - had an aromatherapy mister that made it impossible to stay and eat our breakfast. Had to eat in our room. No lids for the coffee. All small things maybe - but they add up to a miserable experience for breakfast. We were told that delivery of supplies was on tuesdays. Not sure how you can advertise a free breakfast - I'm assuming you are the busiest on weekends - if you are out of everything for then entire weekend. Pool was advertised as heated. Could not get in it it was so cold. These were 80+ degree days. I asked a maintenance man what the temp was of the pool, he said he wasn't allowed to tell me. hmm. Again - advertise a heated pool - should give us a heated pool.

Not the best experience.

Not the best experience. No wake up call and I had to catch a plane. No computer to print boarding passes. It cost me $50.00 at the airport to get them. If I knew that the hotel couldn't print them, I would have stayed at a different place. Defective faucets in kitchen and bath. Defective electrical outlet in bathroom. Unsafe shower (No hand rails. The one they had was falling off). Room was clean and good bed. Sparse breakfast, broken waffle maker. Would have been nice to have Ice water/lemon aid available when you arrive (It's Florida).

Not much too like the place is old and dated.

Not much too like the place is old and dated. Way overpriced for what you get. Musty smell in the room as soon as you get in it’s very noticeable. Windows very dirty unable no see outside. I would not stay here again. Sorry that the Wyndham name has dropped to this standard.

Very easy to get around, shopping area is simple to navigate around. Great selection of restaurants. Avoid Carnival Time. Chilis was awesome as usual, Out back was good, just make sure ask whats the difference when swapping for sides,

I Loved the hotel atmosphere the room the beautiful smiles at the front desk everyone seem so nice and friendly The bad part was whom ever did a BIG mistake in my BANK ACCOUNT MONEY was on hold for days even when they took the right amount the took additional $ 184.75 which have me hold up for paying my storage bill of $555

Nice safe quiet location near grocery stores and restaurants. Not far to get onto highways. Breakfast items inconsistent and not always replenished. Pool smaller than in picture but nicely landscaped. Snow birds always down early to save chairs. Plenty of free parking and free washers and dryers nice touch.

We received fantastic service all around from the wonderful team at the Sheraton.........from our check-in to our departure............Monica made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, Caroline, Franklin looking after our car parking, Bob F&B manager/Chef and his team // Rick, Erika, Jasmin, Kay, including Tom the hotel GM. There are lots of restaurants, shops/services in the immediate vicinity.

Room was great, pool was great, breakfast was great. One staff member in particular went above and beyond. We stayed there before our cruise and only realized a week later that we left our jackets behind. We called the hotel and the staff member that was working that morning located our jackets and set them aside for us to return and pick up. We were very thankful.

The hotel is ok, bedrooms are even big, but cleanness is not so good. Could be better. Other than that I experienced a lot of noise in the corridors at the middle of the night. I am aware that maybe hotel staff can not control that but I felt a bit unsafe since someone was nocking on doors at 3am.

I missed breakfast as I was dealing with the police who were taking fingerprints from my truck after the TAILGATE WAS STOLEN right from the hotels side parking lot !!!!!
