The staff was very accommodating to our family's needs and so friendly! We had three children with us, so the self-serve breakfast bar was a big hit! The kids had waffles and juice every morning. When we needed more pillows or fresh towels, they were on top of it immediately. Every time we left for the day, when we'd come back to a clean room. They also offer a laundry service which we used once. It's an older building, so there is some wear and tear, and the cigarette smoke smell was a little strong the first night, but overall, it was a nice stay. Affordable, comfy, friendly, and accommodating.

We stayed at this location so we could attend our friends wedding in Paintsville. The house was awesome! Plenty of room for both of our smaller children and four adults. We loved having the extra space that a hotel room could not provide. There was more than enough towels and toiletries to use. The kitchen is also very well stocked! The overall touch and decor throughout the house is very well done and the house has so much character! Check in and check out procedures were very simple. The lock box was very simple to use upon check in.
