+ big and comfortable casino hotel room for an unbeatable price + nice staff, especially the lady at the coffee shop + Bonny & Clyde exhibition + casino area is very nice even if you are not playing + great option if you are close to the Mojave Desert + there are smoking floors and non smoking floors,- we stayed at a non-smoking floor which was great and you could see that they remodelled the room

Staff are excellent, very polite and always willing to help and nothing is too much problems. Hotel is like something out the wild west, it's honestly amazing what they have there. Yes somewhat requiring maybe additional refurbishment in the sense of upgrading but overall it was a lovely experience and that which I would happily do again

I'd have to say that after coming to Primm NV for so many years, the hotel looks the same. What i like is the location and that it's still clean

I liked that the Hotel was at the event we stayed at!
