perfect location any time of the year. Loved the efficiency apartment vibe it had and easy to walk from room to anywhere in town. This is right next to the lifts (we didn't ski this trip) so there's that too! Great for families!

We stayed in a little loft, very cute, cozy and clean. The staff helped us in everything and they were super sweet, brought us a humidifier because we are from a humid place and that helped us a lot, everything great!

Red River is a cozy, charming town with beautiful mountain...

Red River is a cozy, charming town with beautiful mountain views and very friendly people. It’s an excellent family-friendly ski destination with well-maintained slopes for both beginners and more experienced skiers. Prices are very reasonable compared to other ski resorts, which makes it an even better value. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. The only downside was the limited snow in March this year, so next time we’ll plan our trip in January.

We came for the trail riding.

We came for the trail riding. It didn't have quite as many trails as some places we go but for a couple of days riding it was ok. Texas Reds steakhouse had probably the best rib eye I have eaten anywhere and we eat alot of rib eyes. The brewery had really good food and the service was great everywhere we went. Bull of the woods was good to but could probably expand their menu just a bit.

What a gorgeous and spectacular gem this small town is.

What a gorgeous and spectacular gem this small town is. Up in the pine forest it has everything a tourist might need, which includes plenty of beautiful scenery, shops and restaurants and even a nicely stocked small grocery story. And it is walkable!

Its always a great town to visit.

Its always a great town to visit. Dont have a fav place to eat or to stay. I know they are trying to get people to come visist but unless you have a cabin there or go as a big group and split the cost of lodging it's just to exspensive for us. Food cost was outragous. But Love the moutain air and the whispering pines.

Ignore the negative posts out there. This place is rustic, but exceptionally clean and comfortable. Great value and you can't get a much better location. We will definitely recommend to anyone going to Red River!

Red River is a beautiful, and in summer, a cool and pleasant...

Red River is a beautiful, and in summer, a cool and pleasant place to visit. Red River is a tourist town but has very nice hiking trails and other non-touristy places to visit nearby. My only complaint is that there are very few restaurants that provide vegetarian options.
