We ran into little problems with our booking, we booked 3 rooms for 2 nights and one room was canceled by the hotel staff by accident. The night shift manager corrected the issue so we could check in , but the reservation still needed to be solved so we didn’t have to pay extra. The morning manager Ms Laurelle Whitaker and the front desk agent name Kim have gone out of their way, helping me to locate booking.com info, contacting booking.com to straight everything out while handling other tasks of a busy morning . Their efforts to work and make sure the hotel provides 100% positive care for customers are greatly appreciated by us .

Every single thing about our stay was great. The pool was nice and warm, we had a blast.

I liked their professionalism, everything was ready for my arrival. Clear communication and attention to details, most of my questions were answered before I could ask them. They explained what was expected of me as their guest so I know that was made clear to the other guest as well. Very accommodating, when I requested an app that wasn't on their tv menu they were more than eager to add it for me, no problem! They made me feel very welcomed and at home!
