Located in Saint Simons Island, 1.1 miles from East Beach, Queen's Court Inn has accommodations with a garden and free private parking. This 2-star hotel offers luggage storage space and free WiFi. My family is local and has stayed at this hotel for generations when visiting the island. Whereas so many of St.Simon’s 1940’s buildings have been torn down, Queens Court has stayed very much the same. It’s a special place for those who have visited for many years. I’m so glad to see the renovations being made and that this place still has its historic charm. It would be wonderful to see an effort to keep the old island vibe. There are more than enough high rise condos and I think boutique, preserved historic hotels will continue to be popular destinations. I’ll come again, thank you!

Charming and relaxing place where you see local residents and tourists enjoying the quaint beach town activities Great place for families and couples of any age Lots of choices in accommodations Nearby Jekyll Island and Brunswick are nice day trips
The island was full of historic and interesting sites ,we visited . The beaches were nice . The pier Village was really beautiful . Restaurants were great . Only problem was the travel time . It took us 11 hours to get home ,9 and half to get there. It was hard place to get to for us . Probably won't go back but had wonderful time .
Our hotel was 2 blocks from several streets of little shops and restaurants. We shopped until we found the perfect place to eat. Great place to get out and stretch your legs. There was beautiful lighthouse behind our hotel
I've been to SSI twice now and I would go back. Both times were in the winter so I imagine there were less crowds which is how I like it. It's warm enough for a sweatshirt- maybe shorts on some days. East beach is spacious enough to find an area to let my dog off leash to run. At low tide, it's especially great. The island is charming and residential. It has 2 grocery stores and a range of restaurants from fancy to casual. They don't have many bars or much night life which is fine with me. It's a quiet, family -oriented (and dogs!) kind of place. I love it. I recommend a week in the off season if you want to get out of the snow and walk on the beach every day, catch the sunrise / sunset. It could be a great romantic getaway or good place to take your dog. 💕
Beautiful town but be aware that there are no shuttles or cabs available. If you want to go somewhere, you have to use Lyft or Uber. I used Lyft and sometimes my assigned driver would cancel at last minute and you would have to wait for someone else to come get you. At times, it was very frustrating. The hotel I stayed at, BEST WESTERN PLUS. had no shuttle available, breakfast was mediocre and no dining options were available at the Hotel. My biggest Pet peeve was the cost. I was there for an Elvis Festival and was supposed to get the ELVIS rate, which was around $300 with taxes, but instead I was charged over $800!!! When I looked on their website after my arrival, their rates were about $95-129 a night so why was I charged double? The island itself is serene and beautiful. My suggestion, find a more affordable hotel and rent or bring your own car as transportation on the island is a challenge.
Our accomodations were excellent! Having a kitchen was great! The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was roomy and convenient. We ate at the Sea Palms on-site restaurant and the food was delicious. All the staff that we interacted with friendly, helpful and professional. Our only problem was the elevator to our room being up steps. We were a good ways from the ramp. It make it difficult to get the luggage cart to the elevator. Fortunately a staff member helped us. I walk with a cane and steps are an issue for me so that added some inconvenience. All said, we would love to stay at Sea Palms again.
Saint Simons Island
The room was very modern and exceptionally clean. I loved the view on the Georgia’s salt marshes grassland. The bed was very comfortable and also the sofa bed for children! I loved it all, I hope we can stay at this place more time. Thank you to the staff and hotel for doing excellent job!
Nice hotel, friendly staff. Breakfast was fine, lady running breakfast area kept it very clean and tidy. Suite nice and roomy for my family. Nice and clean. Very good value for money. Beds comfortable. Not too far to drive to beach/ lighthouse etc.
This hotel far exceeds the others in the area in size and price! The King and the Prince doesn't hold a candle to it and is so very expensive! The Sea Gate Inn offers breakfast, a gym, 18 holes of golf and is a great location!
I really enjoyed the breakfast, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the location is great for getting around the island! It felt very welcoming and I enjoyed my stay. The pool and hot tub was also a good plus.
Location is great for walking to pier, park, shops, and restaurants. Hotel and room decor was very retro. Breakfast not included, but discount a nearby cafe with good food.

The breakfast was good for a hotel. Especially since covid hit it has been hard to find that. So I'm glad they are serving.
The hotel location was nice given its proximity to other needed locations, the design was very modern and clean.
Great hotel with friendly staff, spacious room and can’t wait to come back!
