We enjoyed having a house to ourselves over a hotel. We enjoyed the space available, with 3.5 bathrooms there was no need to share, the cabin/ house is secluded thus privacy from neighbors is great. We enjoyed the ability to go for runs/walks with our dog. Having a full kitchen to do our own cooking saved money. Having a washer & dryer allowed us to go home with clean clothes. The drive into Helen and surrounding forestry hiking is great. The HOT-tub (the temp is perhaps a bit too high) for sore muscles after hiking was great.
