The flexibility, understanding, and friendliness from the front desk staff Julienne (the 9am shift on Oct 9, 2023 ; not from the one when we checked in in the wee hours of morning). Bed is comfy and we love the soft pillows. The shower facilities and aminities are great. Love the fruit-infused water that is complimentary at the hotel lobby.

Clean. Great Location. Great Price. Excellent housekeeping. Very comfortable stay. Easy check in and check out. Helpful staff. This is my second stay here and will stay again when in Chicago. I like that they listened to previous comments and added the fridge in the room.

Go out of your way to stay somewhere else in Schaumburg.

Go out of your way to stay somewhere else in Schaumburg. Five days and nights and not once was the room refreshed with fresh towels, toilet paper, tissues or trash being removed. The refrigerator did not keep anything put in it cold. Getting into and out of the bed was difficult as the extra thick mattress on a box spring on a bed frame made the bed height too tall for easy entry and exit.

Schaumburg is a beautiful city that offers a variety of restaurants and is home to Woodfield mall, the biggest mall in the state of Illinois. You can also find forest preserves for biking trails, and the city also offers public transportation (Pace buses) and Metra train on the south side of the city.

We had a nice trip!

We had a nice trip! We got in Friday evening and were still able to have food delivered right to our hotel room. We spent a good amount of Saturday at Legoland but it unfortunately rained the entire day so we didn’t make it to the mall like we were planning. We enjoyed our hotel and being from rural Wisconsin it was nice that the area wasn’t too busy and even better it was quiet.

I loved the room! It was very comfortable.

I loved the room! It was very comfortable. The bed was great! The people at the front desk made you feel welcome. Laughing and joking with you! The location was great! Restaurants close by🥰 and the mall! You can’t loose when they are both in walking distance!

I work in Chicago 1 week a month and have been doing this...

I work in Chicago 1 week a month and have been doing this for 4 years. I was looking for a nice safe place to stay and was thrilled to finally found Schaumburg. Lot's of shops and restaurants. Easy access to all the major highways. Downtown Chicago is just down the road if you can deal with the traffic.

The staff was the highlight of my stay. I arrived late to the hotel (1:30AM) and Ms. Toni made sure I was welcomed and comfortable. She was such a delight and full of energy. I was glad to be greeted by her upon arrival and when I departed at 4:30AM. I would book again with this hotel just because of her hospitality.
