Room smelled badly of cigarette smoke; walls were filthy; door broken; hair dryer did not work; other guests stood outside my door smoking and cussing and fighting all night- literally from 10 pm to 5am. Room was way overpriced for the terrible quality.

Seneca is a beautiful area.

Seneca is a beautiful area. The scenery with the lakes is breathtaking. There are many good places to eat and the area is small enough to have that down home feel but also developed enough to have everything you would need for shopping and social activities. It’s location is in a perfect spot for outdoor activities and you are only a couple of hours from Atlanta, Charlotte, Knoxville if you want or need to go to a large city.

The room and people were good. The manager was hateful and added $160 on bill. We ask for pet friendly room and on last night we came back to room locked out saying we owed for our pet. Also, had 3 beach towels stolen. Management was horrible, they never tried to make things right. Management gets zero from our stay. They lost this customer!!!!

This place was the most horrible hotel I have ever been to. Room was atrocious. People were fighting outside if our room and beating on A car. Dogs were in room next to ours Barking. We did not feel safe at all. Very scary.

the location is ideal for being near clemson. the staff was very kind and tried to accommodate the room issues with internet. Too many people living in the hotel with children making it seem more like a shelter than a hotel.
