Convenient breakfast in the morning for a fee. Great location you are literally wishing 10 minutes of any store or restaurants. The decor was extremely old and chipped room needs renovation as everything was dated. You could tell there have been zero upgrades or renovations for many years. Hotel in general was modern and nice rooms lack the attention the lobby and public areas possessed. Overall I give it a 6/10. The food was delicious.

The room was unclean, mattress was awful. Breakfast was in a sack and unhealthy. No coffee or drink. Need to pay deposit to stay , which was not returned promptly as we were told. Refrigerator in room was loud and noisy.

We had dinner at the BBQ restaurant there on site the first night. They were very accommodating to our party of 20+. The food was great. We were told about The Original Pancake House for breakfast. It was absolutely wonderful. Would highly recommend it. We booked online at Booking.com requesting (3) Deluxe King Suites. The hotel informed us they didn't have king suites so we ended up with (2) queen rooms with two queen beds and (1) king room. We were still charged the amount that would have been for the King Suites. I think the rooms should have been less.

This place was very scary. Both staff and GM are rude.

This place was very scary. Both staff and GM are rude. Customers were very upset and GM was calling the police instead of talking to customers with kindness. After customers knocked down shielding barriers and walked out the GM was walking out to take videos on his cellphone after he caused the customers such unhappiness it was scary and sad.

I chose the hotel because it was the one who had the best criticisms in cleanliness. And, in my case, I decided to leave two days before because it was an absolute disaster. The elevator zone was not cleaned. The elevator had millenary spots on the ground. And the smell of rotten fish was unbearable. In addition the corridors of the first floor stamping in garbage. The carpets were so dirty that to walk for them, I had the black socks. I do not recommend at all.

Exceptionally clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with several wonderful options. 24-hour delicious coffee and tea. I was looking for a hotel in the Detroit/Southfield area that was clean. The hotel was only 3 months old. Everything is new and sparkling clean. We will be back.
