I will be moving to something very soon so I really like it there it's so convenient broad Street has everything and it's a wonderful place everyone is so nice and pleasant something is beautiful and I'm sure there's other parts that I haven't seen yet that's even more beautiful

We only had one night in Sumter as we were just passing...

We only had one night in Sumter as we were just passing through, but it was a great stopping place. The 1912 Bed and Breakfast is fantastic. Dinner at Willie Sue's was highly recommended and we passed a very pleasant hour at Swan Lake Iris Gardens.

The cost was reasonable. The location was great. There were several places to eat. The room was comfortable and clean. The amenities were none. If the pool and fitness room is important, please call before booking at the Comfort inn suites.

Had 2 rooms. Window broken in first room

Had 2 rooms. Window broken in first room 38 degrees outside first night’s stay. Tub clogged.. Second night’s sleep in non smoking room, reeked of cigarette smoke! Caused me to have headaches. We checked out earlier than planned! Not a good experience. Will not book again! Might not book any Holiday Inn Express ever again

Old downtown is interesting - revamped opera house and...

Old downtown is interesting - revamped opera house and surrounding area with several new start-ups. There are several good restaurants and bars downtown. Large flea market on the outskirts every weekend. Conveniently situated as an easy drive between Myrtle Beach and the state capital of Columbia. Plenty to see and do in both locations. The surrounding country roads are great for cyclists.

Only there 2 days.

Only there 2 days. Shopping, restaurants,hotels, and banks, grocery stores Close proximity of the hotels. Would make a sweet retirement area. Getting around was easy. Applebee's was in walking distance from the hotel.

It was a pleasure staying in the Manor for 2 weeks, and will definetly book again for my next visit in Sumter. It is cozy, has plenty of space, and a fully equipped kitchen which I appreciated a lot for this longer stay. Especially I liked the warm atmosphere of the house with its wooden floor, and decorations. The area felt safe at any time, while the house seems also well protected. Looking forward to the next time, 10/10!

A TRU-hotel always gives you the quality and cleanliness that you expect, which is great. I had some extremely loud neighbors above me and next to me, and the reception staff made sure I got a new room after mentioning this to them.
