The Daniella's Steakhouse which is the restaurant in the hotel is just the best. I took the tenderloin tips which a cup o Stag, cabernet Sauvignon which I recommend. Brian offered me a A1 service as a bartender and, his colleague Ally was super freindly, smiley, funny and, kind. I really feel like a usual known costumer and, I think it's the key to offer an awesome experience for the guests. The bed and the temperature in the room were perfect. I definitely will come back. The Room was renovated and it was very beautiful and clean. Nespresso for the coffee machine in the room Wow! Was impressed.

Attended my friends wedding at the hotel and stayed for a week. Room was lovely, staff were fantastic and the bar downstairs also fantastic. Good location just a few minutes walk from downtown Syracuse

Everything was great. The food in the restaurant was tasty and breakfast included too. I would stay at this hotel again.

It was close to Syracuse University and that’s where my daughter was going for the summer program.

As we had to catch a plane flight we were unable to have breakfast but I know it is excellent from a previous stay during the summer. The shuttle to the airport and back was wonderful.

It was well off the street and in secure area.. Felt very comfortable there. Breakfasts was great. Room condition was well being expectation. So all families members were very happy with this place we stayed at.

The staff were the best part of my stay, a desk worker named tatiana was very helpful and friendly throughout my stay.

Room was spotless, bathroom was small but again spotless. Beds were comfortable.
