I was particularly grateful to Jovina and the reception/house keeping staff for picking up my passport which I had forgotten in the room, and arranging to post it to me via express delivery’s service! That had been most helpful to me, sparing an enormous amount of trouble otherwise.

United KingdomStayed 3 nights and it was a great stay. Good location to pop into old town but also head on the road as it’s next to the highway- although I never heard it in my room! There’s a pool and jacuzzi which I didnt use but a nice addition. Breakfast was also really handy and a good little selection. Room was the standard ‘motel room’, very spacious, comfortable and everything I needed. Plenty of easy parking

Our purpose in traveling to Temecula was to catch a hot air...
Our purpose in traveling to Temecula was to catch a hot air balloon in the very early morning. Appreciated that our hotel - Holiday Inn Express - was only 5 miles from the balloon launch site.
Another great experience after the balloon ride was discovering the restaurant TOAST. The menu was not the usual breakfast staples, but had some really tasty food experiences for us at reasonable prices. The wait staff was so helpful in helping us receive EXACTLY what we wanted to eat, even though we both ask for exceptions to dishes as described. Elizabeth was a gem in her attentiveness and suggestions. I plan to definitely eat at TOAST again!

Temecula is a great place to visit wineries and the quaint Old Town. There are many options for tours and tastings . On the weekends many of the wineries have outdoor entertainment and you can purchase all, the ingredients to nave a nice picnic lunch.

Temecula is a beautiful city. It has wineries, hot air balloons, and some great restaurants. The people are very friendly. The only downfall, as I see it, is the overpriced rooms you will pay visiting the city.

The town was absolutely breathtaking, beautiful, and the people were ever so nice, pleasant, polite, respectful, especially the staff at the hotel I definitely would like to return and bring family members with me attended a wedding at Callaway Vineyard and also drove around the town. Enjoyed it immensely thank you.

Beautiful community.
Beautiful community. With wide array of winery choices, food, and entertainment. Great food at the Gambling Cowboy, great entertainment across the street, and we visited Europa winery, where we are members…always nice. The couple we went with became members too!

Really recommend splurging on the Vinehouse, Ponte Inn or a place fairly close to wine country. Avoid budget hotels on Jefferson. Our favorite vineyards are on de Portola. Rancho California is so crowded and commercial. Ponte Vineyards is nice, so I do recommend them on Rancho California. Try to go during the week if you can get away. You get better hotel rates and it's not nearly as crowded as the weekends.

We were very happy with this hotel overall. Super helpful and welcoming staff at the front desk as soon as we arrived and helpful at different points during our stay. The rooms are clean and fresh. The breakfast was great, with plenty of choices and also plenty of room to sit, which is not always the case at other Temecula/ Murrieta hotels. Reasonable prices as well. We'll go back.

The host that evening was an elderly woman. She was very patient, kind and professional. She met all my requests with what the hotel had to offer. I liked the cleanliness of the room. It smelled clean. Non smoking is the best! The area around the facility is clean, quiet and peaceful.
