Location amazing , staff absolutely lovely. Bar and restaurant outstanding. The hotel is a little out the way of all the sights however this is great because its not to far to walk anywhere. Don't think about it , just book it.

Highly recommended. Breakfast ok in American style with large selection of dishes. Hot beverages available all day. A large versatile room. Staff friendly and helpful and available 24 hours a day. There are stores and restaurants next to the hotel. Available bar with snacks and drinks in the hotel lobby.

The room was very clean on arrival and we were told to let them know at reception when we like our room to be cleaned. The breakfast was fine and good enough for us and their warm breadrolls were delicious. Coffee was good and quality was fine. When leaving the hotel we were surrounded by nice restaurants and interesting places, with the subway it was less than 1 hour from the hotel to Times Square. Sheets were replaced on every cleaning and it there were no bugs.

I certainly agree with everything during my stay. The only disagree with the taxi at the airport. I think its was my first time and I need to understand and familiarize with transportation and ways around the area. But for the morning to the end of the day certainly perfect and well prepared by the crews and everyone. Thank you so much for your hospitality and your generosity.

Rooms were very big and bed was extremely comfortable. Also breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Free shuttle was very welcome and easy access to Manhatten on the Metro line No7,10 minutes walk from hotel. Cost 2-3 dollars for the journey.

Very helpful staff, even had food option to go menus from local restaurants. Nice room, all good. Breakfast same as per all these hotels.. hate the paper plates and plastic cutlery but seen the same in the last 5 American hotels I have stayed in.. Shuttle worked well going to JFK. Taxi lost the way going to the hotel from JFK, recommend using the hotel name to locate not the address which confused the taxi gps for some reason.
