The room was very clean on arrival and we were told to let them know at reception when we like our room to be cleaned. The breakfast was fine and good enough for us and their warm breadrolls were delicious. Coffee was good and quality was fine. When leaving the hotel we were surrounded by nice restaurants and interesting places, with the subway it was less than 1 hour from the hotel to Times Square. Sheets were replaced on every cleaning and it there were no bugs.

The room was very spacious and clean, the bed and the pillows was exceptionally comfortable. We also had a very large terrace. The guys at the reception were very nice and gave us a kettle and an adapter for European sockets.

It’s very close to the air train at Jamaica station, which also then has easy ( and cheap ) access into Manhattan. Property was a bit tricky to find when I arrived at night but basically when you get off from the Air Train you’ll either take the lift or escalator down to ground level. Exit LEFT out of the side door and keep walking until the first traffic light about 70 metres away, ( Archer Blvd ) Cross over and then take a RIGHT on Archer and walk past the Pizzeria and Wings ( in red ) on the corner. Take the next left ( 147th St ) and the hotel is about 70 meters down on the left. Hotel is brand new. Beds great, Gym good and views good. Breakfast is standard as you’d get in a Best Western or Holiday inn Express.
